I visited during Memorial Holiday and there were a lot of people. Check in and check out was very easy and didn't take long. If I had known if personal tubes were allowed in the pool, I would have prepared in advance. It was great to stay with the kids.

The ice machine on the 7 th floor never worked properly for our entire stay despite notifying staff. The pool and beach area was overcrowded and the pricing ridiculous. A cabana rental was 700 dollars a day. 10 dollars for a domestic beer is too much also. The doors on the elevator were rusty. The items in mini bar in the room were overpriced. Water should be free in the room for what people pay to stay not 20 dollars a bottle. We will never return.

We had booked a room with a king bed and a view of the LV strip and when we arrived the room they had for us was in the 3rd floor where there was a lot of construction happening. They offered us a room higher up with double queens with a "beautiful view" and when we get there the view is of the parking garage and the Raiders stadium. Being higher up was nice but considering we had payed more for the king bed view we were very disappointed with what we ended up getting. The tile in the bathroom was also lifting so we had to be careful when walking in the bathroom.

Our experience wasn't that great. Your charged a resort fee etc and you still have to pay for tickets to go into the shark reef. It is so crowded you can't get around and forget trying to get into the elevators. The food options are super expensive. The staff wasn't friendly especially the bell desk people. We had to check our stuff in to wait for our room to be ready. The water temperature in the shower fluctuates the whole time. The rooms never got cool. We ended up needed to extend our stay and decided to go to a different hotel for the rest of it instead of staying.

The only problem that I had was when I entered the room , the cleaning personnel forgot to trash a balloon from the previous guest . The balloon was on top of the stand lamp by the window.
