"My husband and I enjoyed our 2 night stay on the Bonne Vie (which means "Good Life" in French). It was the good life for us - he was able to fish off the back and I read books on the front of the boat. When it got too hot we could jump in the water to cool off! "Pirate life! Spending a night on this boat was really unique. The bay is very peaceful, and the sunset/sunrise were impressive. For an adult of average height, the water is shallow enough to touch the bottom. Read the description before booking, because this is more rustic than getting a hotel room. As campers, this was right up our alley. The host left bug spray and drinking water on board for us. I suggest upgrading to the dinghy if you have familiarity with small water craft, it’s just faster...

I think he said it best when he mentioned that it was basically camping on a boat. I would highly recommend taking the option to rent the dinghy for transportation to and from the boat. "I have no words to describe how awesome this was. everything from the dinghy ride takes you to feel like you are going to your own island in paradise. We had the luck that the water was crystal Clear during out stay. We saw a pod of dolphins manta rays everything on our ride to the dock to the sailboat. "Aimee was wonderful with communication before our arrival date. The location is perfect, close to all activities but yet nestled away. The boat house was exactly as pictured, cute, quaint and clean. The property has an outdoor pool, bbq area and outdoor showers (my favorite!) The bar / restaurant was closed during our stay so that was a bit of a bummer but there are so many other places close by it wasn't that big of a deal. "We really enjoyed staying on the Starfish. The bathroom is beyond super tiny, but there are a larger outdoor showers and pool bathrooms that we used. If you are a larger person, the super tiny bathrooms will be a problem. However, it won’t prevent us from returning. We loved it!"
