"The place is modest but a bargain for the location, you are literally in the center of all nightlife, fine dining and street vendors. It is safe with reception all day and night as well as breakfast to start your day. The Air conditioner in each room is potent so on hot days you will be very comfortable in the room. Rooms do not have tvs, but WiFi is an excellent. Some bedrooms have bathrooms while others do not. All in all it is a 10 out of 10 if you’re looking to come to Vallarta for days. I...

"This property is in an excellent location between Lake Chapala and the town square. The building is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was cleaned with fresh towels daily. Will Likely Stay Again

"We stayed here for one night because we had an early flight the next day. We dropped off our rental and chose to walk over to the hotel (across a pedestrian bridge). Check-in was easy and we set up airport transportation for the morning (they also offered a wake up call but we declined). Room was clean, AC was refreshing. We walked to one of the restaurants that is close by for dinner. Only thing I personally did not like was that there was a very strong fragrance being pumped in as we walked in and our room also had a strong smell - these were NOT odors, they were definitely some type of scented air freshener. I just am sensitive to fragrances. Luckily, in our room, once we had the AC going it wasn't noticeable anymore. This is just a personal preference of mine and wouldn't deter me from staying there again."
