"Our group loved our stay at the Farmhouse! The property and scenery are so picturesque, and we loved spending time together around the large table in the kitchen. Brian (host) had great recommendations for the area, especially a bus to take us around to the local wineries for an afternoon. We had a blast utilizing all the paddle boards and kayaks provided at the pond, and after fun-filled days the beds were comfortable and clean! We would definitely stay again."

"House was spacious, nicely appointed overall and comfortable. Did have problem opening door lock to get in on arrival, but finally got it to work. The stairs on side of house were a nuisance when carrying belongings, groceries, etc in and when leaving. Loved sitting in swing on front porch. Would recommend this property for large family gatherings."

"We came down for my birthday. The home is absolutely amazing! We enjoyed a fire by the pond as well as hot tub relaxation. "My family of 5 adults & 3 children under age of 4 stayed 2 nights while hosting 18 additional local family members for our annual Christmas in July family gathering. The Farmhouse was equipped with everything needed including space inside and out! Chad is an excellent host! He was right on top of our needs and then some! He delivered a dozen Blueberry Donuts made right on site Red River Farms!! And Chad made time to photograph our group and introduce us to the retail side of Red River Farms...

"It is an older property that has been remodeled, the kitchen is amazing anything you could want and then some. The only this I wish would be storage in the kitchen and bathroom. I moved out of a cab it so I could put food and seasoning in it. The bathroom has some beautiful tile and looks great but the only place set anything is the back of the toilet so I had my water pic on the kitchen counter. But it was very cute and the hostess so helpful and kind."

"It was an absolute honor to stay in a family farmhouse with a long history and rich tradition. It was a blast from the past. It has a beautiful view across the valley in the back yard and pet a cow while you’re back there. If you’re in town for a a week or weekend on Lake Shelbyville this is a great place to stay.
