I have been staying at the Quality Inn for over 10 years and usually very happy with the service and staff. I checked in with my sister visiting from Fort_Mac and was flying home in the morning . We were rushed through at the desk and the lady obviously must have been having a bad day because the gentlemen behind us got the same treatment . I love when i stay for the free parking and my room is always perfect. I can oversee this unfortunate stay but pretty sure my sister is done. She always stayed here too because of early flights home and sometimes late arrivals.I hope if I book here again in October its better.

If you have to stay here, okay. If you have a choice, go elsewhere. Very polite staff. The property was poorly built, has not been well maintained (lights don’t work, odd noises from the walls and ceilings, multiple plugs in a single outlet) and the beds, linens and carpets are all exhausted.

Staff was very friendly. We didn't have to wait very long for the shuttle to come pick us up at the airport. Everything was very clean. For the free breakfast, the hot foods were not even warm

They had a busy night and got booked but since we had a reservation they quickly upgraded to a suite. We mentioned how our luggage never arrived and they quickly provided us with essential like toothbrushes, deodorants, and water. The restaurant had a variety of options and food was very delicious. Great staff, especially Liam who helped us directly.
