"great stay, great location. No dinner service as not enough people staying at the hotel...but I was staying there. paying for breakfast also seemed a bit much. other than that, staff was great, clean, nice facility."

"Embassy Suits is no longer a high-end hotel to pay the premium I paid. Although the room is clean, the phone was not working and room service to replinish supplies did'nt happen."

"It was a great location for the event we were attending at the Star. There were good breakfast options. On the downside: We had a gift left for us that we had to ask for a day later that we should have gotten when we checked in. And there was no way to get the ironing board down off its holder - the shelves in the closet were installed over the holder with the ironing board already on it. The closet door was difficult to open because the new carpet was thicker than the old carpet."
