We liked that the property had two pools and a jacuzzi. The restaurant was nice but overpriced. Also the hotel rooms were run down and dirty. Stains on the walls also water damage in the bathrooms. We woke up to water leak in our room at 2am. That was dripping onto the bed. The situation was very inconvenient and all they did for us is a complimentary breakfast. They charged us 235 pesos for two eggs. When it clearly says 35 pesos. Few staff members were very friendly. But when I complained to restaurant about over charging us. They treated us very differently the next morning. The hotel is falling apart. we expect to relax and enjoy some peace. Hotel has guys working and doing construction in the rooms next to us. They don’t have consideration for paying guest. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the hotel.

I recently booked this stay for my wife and mother in law, the overall condition of the rooms is completely unsafe, windows that don't closed, ceiling lights that fell off from the ceiling, water leaking from the sink Side note: from "the new rooms" is what they called them. My wife had to move rooms in 2 different occasions at 3 am in the morning, Absolutely very poor customer service, my wife and mother in law didn't deserve at least an apology from the staff members. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
