“Pagamos para una habitación de tres y una de dos y nos pusieron unos en el 1er nivel y mi esposo y yo en la 3ra; aún explicándoles que tenía problemas de rodilla y que tenía 3 años sin ver a mis hijos y los quería al lado no nos cambiaron; que eso era y punto; aún habiendo capacidad en el hotel. Muy nice que varias actividades acuáticas estaban incluidas.”

The place wasn't too busy so it was ideal and not crowded in any of the facilities. The area is beautiful and you're bound to have a great time spending your vacation there!”

“What a break…pineapple jelly with coconut bread, smoothies, coffee with milk (in bamboo), eggs, cheese, plantanos and ham! Flowers in seashells topped the presentation! We had a choice to be served on the veranda or to have a floating tray in the waterfall pool. This place has absolutely outdone any and all competition in my book! If ever in Las Galeras, I highly recommend Chalet Tropical Bio-hotel! It will surpass any expectations and then some!”

“Pool is chlorine free, they use a salt treatment for the pool, great for kids and adults. Place was quiet and peaceful. ”
