"Staying at Kwality hotel was some experience. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Pay extra and get a decent hotel."

They were super responsive, answered all my questions, organised taxi, SIM card, money change, everything. The room was large and looked as advertised. Great hot shower. Felt safe as solo female. Really good value for money. Good wifi. Breakfast was small but tasty."

The hotel is located in a Muslim neighborhood where it surrounded us because they had never seen an online reservation. We were scared and we are gone. We have not slept in this dirty (like a pigsty) and dangerous place"

"Hey its an Indian hotel, so its much lower than western style hotels. My first night i was put in a new room on the other side of the alley. Next might back to the main hotel. The rooms were so different, first was new & clean, second was old & dirty!"
