"The property had burned down a year ago yet Expedia rented it to me back in April. When I arrived, there were few hotels left unoccupied as it was Parent Weekend at University of Dayton. I had to drive around calling places for three and half hours. "

"Nice, safe area. Staff are extremely nice. I gave a 4 raring because the property Needs upgrade. No USB / USBc outlets in the room. At least invest ij new lamps that have USB charger. We paid almost double the cost for 1 night, comparing to same hotel but further out."

"The room was very spacious and clean! The front desk staff was very helpful and did a great job with checkin and questions even with a large crowd because of a local sporting event. Breakfast was okay. The staff running breakfast was also trying to run the front desk because that person did not report for work. This caused things to get a bit messy at the breakfast area and hard to keep up with things but they handled it well and continued to be very friendly. "

"The stay was comfortable. The hotel should have an ice machine and fully furnish the kitchen plates, eating utensils and cookware, The freezer should be equipped with ice trays. Sliding door entry/exit would make accessibility more convenient to the hotel."

"This hotel was typical of Comfort Inn hotels. Not fancy but was generally well kept and offered a decent free breakfast. The hotel didn't look to be too recently updated but the fixtures were in this decade at least! Only thing was my bathtub showd some wear and tear but would be easily fixable with some fresh caulk and anti slip paint. The front desk staff were professional and efficient. I would def stay here again. Good deal for the price."

"There was a good amount of road noise from the highway and the hardwood floors transferred noise from the room above me. It was a cheap stay and suited my needs. "
