The room was great and modern looking, very comfy and my room had a balcony. The only bad thing was the free internet was mostly worthless, I had to use my hotspot. The TV was very slow and poor picture.

The people who work there , especially the two woman who were at the front desk. They could not have been kinder or more pleasant! Our room was very clean as well. The two young men who made and served our dinner were not only good cooks, they were polite and accommodating.

Nice clean room and building. It did take the front desk three times to get us a room. The first room had not been cleaned by the maid and the second room didn’t have the bed choice we booked. The women at the front desk sort of got rude about it and asked how much we paid on Expedia because that was not the correct rate and wanted to charge us more. I told her that wasn’t her business to know and we weren’t paying more. Other than that part it was a great hotel!

We changed to a handicap room upon our arrival, which helped me tremendously. The only comment I would have is that although the shower had several grab bars, it would have been ideal to have a shower chair also. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to OH.

My stay was great. I had to get some work done on my lap top in the morning and I went to the bar to sit down. Jerald helped me in the morning and made me an Amazing mocha coffee. His service was great and talking to him was by far the highlight of my stay. Great Hotel and Great team. I highly recommend

Clean. quiet. small bar great for an evening cocktail. Morning Bistro a la carte breakfast option. pool is nice. Although the food is ok, it is quite expensive for what you get. there are options around, but if you need to "eat and get out!" it gets the job done.
