The staff was great. The restaurant was convenient and breakfast was nice. Resident alpaca was great! It was cold. The heater wasn’t working in the room. The heaters weren’t on in the mornings downstairs, and it was very uncomfortable. The automobile from the street outside fumes flooded the lobby constantly. There was no free airport service. There was no WiFi that was reliable. That made it difficult to manage tours or communicate. In order to have WiFi, you had to leave the building and rely on roaming service.

Excellent service, room, ambiance and food. This was my favorite stay in Peru. Front desk was kind and since I had a 3 am pickup to rainbow mountain they gave me a snack bag. On other days their breakfast was amazing. I also had my laundry done and it was super cheap and quick. The nightly performances were great and seeing Kiki (in house alpaca) was cool. Also the bathtub is awesome and the heated flooring is amazing. Location wise you’re right across from San Pedro market and a couple of blocks from the main square. Highly recommend.

The property was quaint, and inclusive. Staff was great, and helpful. I loved the baby Alpaca Kiki in the courtyard. The restaurant staff was amazing, and the food delicious. The beds were comfortable. I liked the live music in the courtyard in the evenings.
