MY honest review: STAY AWAY! I will not stay here ever again and will not recommend it to anyone. This place is not an easy walk from Plaza de Armas. The walk is uphill the entire time from the main square. It is very difficult for taxi drivers to get to and from the hotel due to the narrow streets. So do not count on a taxi- you will need to walk at an incline. One taxi driver told me they all hated going up there because the streets are narrow. Also, if you have any tours, you will need to walk quite a bit to get to your pick up-again, due to the narrow streets. It’s a hassle. The staff is alright. The people next door were fighting the entire time so didn’t get any sleep-the walls do not block any sound so you can hear everything! Only good thing about this place was…. The room cleaning service.

We had a great time during our stay at Atoq. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The attention from the hotel staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here the next time we visit Cusco.

Too many steps to take to get back to hotel from historical part of town as we are over 60 years of age & have problems with high altitude sickness. Otherwise a nice hotel & staff are very friendly.

This is a very lovely hotel and the staff are very friendly. It's exceeding our expectations for a three star hotel. The facilities are new and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. There is a nice city view outside of the romm window. Definitely recommend it!

This is a lovely little gem. The breakfast was fresh and made to order eggs. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is at the top of a hill but a manageable walk id you take it slow

Staff were amazing. Breakfast was always fresh and tasted great, I looked forward to it everyday. They packed us a bagged breakfast when having to leave early in the morning. Laundry facility near by for reasonable price that dilivered to the hotel. Cars could get to the hotel, but buses for excursions had to pick up just down the hill. Overall good location and would recommend to anyone staying in Cusco.

Yummy breakfast. Location is great and serene, situated at top of Cusco with great view in traditional Cusco area. What else you need for a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

The reception area exudes tranquility, boasting a pleasant ambiance accompanied by soothing music. The room offers utmost comfort, complete with complimentary wine and snacks. Despite encountering a minor inconvenience regarding the availability of bath towels, the staff promptly addressed the issue. Breakfast was delightful, and the staff were amicable throughout. Conveniently situated near shops and tourist attractions, though the hotel's name is printed rather inconspicuously, making it challenging to locate. Nonetheless, considering the overall experience, it presents excellent value for money.
