They come included if you stay at the explorean which is right behind main hotel. Everyday they do different excursions. Our guides were awesome as-well. Shouts out to Vega and Jassiel. Made us feel comfortable and safe. "

"We had a nice visit here at the Melia in Cozumel. I would give it a 9 out of 10 rating. As others have mentioned, I would recommend upgrading to the Level experience. Better food options and other amenities, plus a bigger room. Place was very clean, room was nice and chilly, and everyone was exceptionally friendly. Overall the food was quite good, but I was disappointed by one thing. Both of the hotels offer entrees where you can upgrade and get something a little more expensive or exotic....
