"Nice hotel. Had the Junior Suite. Not great front desk communication. Restaurant and bar close too early, in my opinion given the location. Room needs a retrofit for the AC unit. The AC is quiet noisy. Nice room but the terrace is not cleaned. Be prepared when crossing the street. Thankfully hotel has safety signage around the property. "

"One of the nicer hotels in Gibraltar. Nice breakfast at the top of the building, next to swimming pool with great views. Spacious room sizes. The annoying thing was the strange musty smell from the bathroom, which would be annoying if the door is not shut. "

"We stay at this hotel at least twice a year. The food is amazing, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We've been coming here for the past 10 years, and Tirio is always fantastic. Isabel at the pool bar was particularly helpful. The only thing I can fault is the lunchtime opening hours and the queue to get food. Perhaps you could consider extending the lunchtime to, say, 13:30-15:30 to help prevent the current rush hour."
