"This will be a general review of this rental agent, the building, and part of the city. We reserved this particular unit, but it was not available due to a maintenance issue, so they swapped us into a comparable unit. This was fine, no issues, it was the same size, clean and comfortable. The building is a large apartment/condo building, modern and secure. "Polished but incredibly friendly staff made the stay for us. Excellent waitress in the lobby restaurant, fast and friendly checkin, personable Caesar and door staff. The staff sent a bottle of champagne and cake for my partner’s birthday which was so special - thank you! Fantastic location. The hotel’s renovations are beautiful. The bed linens although clean were super stiff, and the only negative about the stay. 10/10 experience. "
