"At arrival our room was ready even though we were early, so that was nice as we had a long flight. We were taken to a room in the basement, kind of thru me off as I was not expecting that, but we were told we were lucky as our was one of the few rooms with ac. Guess I missed that in the description when we booked. Or was cool so ac would not have been an issue for us anyway. The room was comfortable and based on other reviewers good for the London area. But we did find it very noisy, we heard...

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mary on reception let us check in early as the room was ready. Mary gave us a quiet room as requested. Guests are not always considerate though as they banged doors and ralked loudly in the early hours of the morning. We checked in on my birthday so a gesture of a card would have been nice."

"My daughter and I stayed here as it was close to Chelsea flower show and Victoria Station. We stayed in the themed twin room even though my daughter is now thirty. Very comfortable bed and overall very clean. Lovely choice for breakfast all nicely presented. Would stay again."
