We were very disappointed that the Copper Room was booked for a private event. We had planned on an evening in the Copper Room for my birthday. The heated outdoor pools were very relaxing. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel close to the lake. Our room is TREBLE. It is a hol. Windows are dirty, and the wives on the hotel ventilation system. No natural lights. DO not accept room 336 . It is a jail.

Room condition is not as my expectation as a resort. Outside the window view is like the entrance to a lane, feel unsafe. Wifi connection is poor and keeps disconnecting. No microwave in the room. The property's hot spring spa is perfect! Lakeside Cafe is fantastic, view is nice in the morning with a coffee. The staff is kind and the food is so amazing.

Great staff. But I got duplicate authorization (one actual charge on debit and one rm/tax pre-auth that i need to wait to be released. Nice pools. But cleanliness of room furnitures especially hallways need a lot of attention.
