"Great hotel and very accommodating staffs"

"The hotel entrance is a motorcycle shop, on a busy street. Once we got past that, great experience. Able to sleep all night. Budget restaurant right across the street, laundry down the street. Had to pay extra for electricity, so it wasn't the bargain I expected - that added an extra US $6 per night (290 PHP per night extra). Easy taxi or jeepney ride to Ayala Mall. Very good stay."

"My lovely wife Sherry & myselfstayed here for 2 weeks, while visiting family and sight seeing. the hotel is walking distance to stores & restaurants. very close to center of downtown Cebu. We had a secondary wedding vows and beautifully set up dinner with the help of the Hotel. The staff where excellent in every way helping with our needs... When I travel I want the best, I am very pelite when I ask for things,,, and I ask for a lot !! Really the Hotel Staff where Great. We will always stay...

"I was really surprised how clean and nice this hotel is. I do love the fact you can walk-around and there are food stands in the alleyway next to the hotel. My only complaint is that it isn't a walkable distant to Ayala mall. The distance to the mall isn't far - its the safety. You have to cross 3 very busy roads and it is not safe. Dont take the risk and take a cab."

"I cannot say enough good about the Frontline staff! First class the whole way! I was let down however to the lack of water and hot water for extended periods and no desire by the hotel to show interest in any compensation for the lack of hot water."
