"First of all...the very first picture online is not the property. I'm not sure where it is but it is not this property. The property is right on the ocean and is a nice beach but does have lots of grass in the water. The bedroom picture, the picture with pelicans on the dock are also not this property. The owner is not very communicative. There was supposed to be an inspection while we were there and I left him a message about it. No answer from owner, no text or any kind of communication. The...

But if you want a friendly private sailing camp where you hang out with other fun people and like to sail and kayak, this is absolutely it! "My adult sons came along with my husband and I for a week long getaway. We love the keys and because we were right on the water, I was able to still feel like we were "together" while the boys fished. The home is comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. The master bed was quite comfortable and the roll away cot as well. The fold out queen left a lot to be desired..... "The condo was clean, all items we needed were furnished such as bedding, kitchen items and even some recreation items. We had a great stay and really loved the ocean side beach area for just relaxing. The owner had left little notes stuck up around the condo telling us about trash procedures, internet and tv operation and many other things. These notes were greatly appreciated. "Location is decent if you want to stay in Key Largo. Loved having a full kitchen, balcony, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, dedicated cover parking, elevator to unit, and coffee maker. Sofa is comfortable, and the balcony had a nice view of the marina. The only negatives were that the mattress and pillows were hard. If pillows had been softer, we would've slept better. We did have an issue with the lock on the door and Vivian had to get the property manager over to replace the battery on the locking...
