"The room was beautiful and clean, very comfortable. Richard at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast Thursday through Saturday was excellent. Breakfast Sunday morning was a complete disaster, several items not restocked, male dining room staff very rude. Pool was nice but someone cleaning while we were in there and he swept the water from the floor into the hot tub!!"

"When we first arrived, we were not pleased with our room layout, so we spoke with Syed at the front desk. He was most helpful and offered us a choice of two different rooms, one of which was to our liking. Housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant. The only downside was that the floors are somewhat thin and we could hear the children in the room above ours, although that was only for one night. I would recommend this hotel."
