The property has everything you could wish for. The location is perfect, just 20 minutes from the airport and within easy access to Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the parks. For me it offered the perfect location to relax without having to go anywhere or do anything. The adult only pool was fantastic, it was more quiet than the main pool areas and the Bistro was a nice little restaurant to have breakfast, lunch or dinner away from the crowds.

The resort was absolutely beautiful! I have provided Pros and Cons from our experience. Pros Food was amazing. There was a great variety of food to choose from and you only had to make reservations to 3 of the restaurants. They had an ice cream shop that the kids loved. Service was great! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Pools are absolutely beautiful, and next to beach. I love that they had something for everyone! Also the bars at the pool areas were great and very attentive. The foam pool party was a favorite! Rooms- Loved how spacious the rooms were and how they stocked our minifridge daily! Also loved that there was a fan over the beds for extra ventilation. The patio/terrace were a plus as well. Cons Check in was way too long and the lobby area was hot which seemed to make a lot of people frustrated. I would recommend adding ventilation to this area and getting more people to assist with check to make it a smooth experience. Drinks were good but they were very much watered down. Micheladas were great! Location was great being next to the beach but there was way too much seaweed which is something the hotel can't really do anything about even though they tried with having a tractor out each morning. Also, I was under the impression that this was Cancun, but apparently it's Rivera Maya. That's my fault for not doing my homework. Cancun beaches were beautiful and Isla Mujeres evern more. Be prepared to pay $50-$100 each way, to take a taxi to "downtown".

Resort was poor and rundown. Resort was not a 5 star as indicated. Beach was awful with seaweed and garbage. No dead bolt on your room door. No a/c in restaurants. Food not properly cooked. Raw chicken wings served to us one day. No toilet paper in bathroom for 2 days in a row next to swimming pool. Wild coates and other aminals roaming the resort area and inside also. No hot water one day and no pressure from shower to rinse shampoo out we spent $7500 for 11 nights and the worst place we ever stayed. The resort hasn’t won award since 2016. We picked this resort based on expedia 5 star posted and reviews. We will never use this website again. Plus we had trouble with taxi after booking with expedia when we landed. An expedia rep didn’t want to do anything for us. Tried scamming us to pay for transportation service to hotel again. Night mare right from the gate. I’m asking for our money back due to all the inconvenience and trouble we had.

While the property is showing signs of age in some areas, the dining was the best I've experienced at an all-inclusive resort. We really enjoyed that not all al la carte restaurants needed reservations and the reservation process being done day-to-day worked wonderfully. We've stayed at some resorts in the past where all the dining options were booked up before we even arrived. With the system at Ocean Coral & Turquesa you don't have to worry about that! Very great vacation for my wife and I. We will be back!

It is a nice affordable hotel. Meaning, you will get value for what you have paid for and not a penny more. Pros: Absolutely lovely staff and the food was good. Cons: the drinks are completely watered down or maybe just crushed iced, which can be refreshing. The AC went off during the day, meaning you had to get wet whether you liked it or not and what else, you can’t use the beach because it’s filled with seaweed.

While the property was nice there were 3 times when we had no hot water or any water at all in our room. Additionally, as I sit at urgent care with my boyfriend who got food poising we spend 675.00 for a doctor. We are not back in the states hoping to get him some relief.

The food that was served was very bland. I know its all inclusive so i limited my expectations but there were times where the food was sub par. I ordered shrimp tacos at one of the restaurants and was literally served a single shrimp in each taco and still had the tail on. The bars werent easy to access and the swim up bar closed pretty early in my.opinion

Location wise property is near to Cancun Airport but this is a quite small resort. Here are overall reviews Pros: Close to Cancun Airport Amazing view of Ocean and breatthtaking Terrace to sit /enjoy drinks Bar choices are good with great service from staff Cons : Only 1 location each day for breakfast buffet and that too is same everyday, that's terrible Lunch options are also very limited ( 1 buffet and 1, ala carte) Food quality is average Not much options to enjoy the resort and its quite small resort Dinner timings are also quite limited Only 1Restaurant available for after 10:30 pm for late night snacking Limited 3 pools (adults/teens) and only Previledge members have access to all 3 otherwise only 2 pools are accessible Overall it's a 3 star resort People get there for vacation not to follow a schedule that dinner won't be available after 10:00 pm or coffee shop won't be availeble after 10:45 pm
