Beautiful property, but service could have been better- waited over 30 minutes for someone to help us find our cabana and then it was an over an hour before anyone came to assist us. Restaurants were beautiful but then the food was mediocre. We had dinner at steak house and it came late, cold, steak was tough and my son had to wait an extra 20 minutes for his meal. Also when reserving- we were given a late 9:30 reservation but we’d get there earlier and the restaurant was practically empty. I was hoping for what we paid for, a much better experience.

Nice stay here. Better if you have kids as it is more so a family resort but excellent. Salvador was a great server. Would definitely come back. Hopefully with kids of my own!!

The staff was really great and always willing to help where able, Javier met with us after checking in and gave us a great overview of everything with some recommendations. The pool and beach area was great too, plenty of space to where it never felt too crowded. The food wasn’t bad but for the buffets you’ll want to try to grab the fresher items, thankfully there was always a few chefs around making fresh items (omelette chef, taco chef, tostada chef, smoothie chef, etc.) so I would recommend taking advantage of those to get the best meals. Leaving the hotel property to walk around and shop and eat is definitely a possibility too, but it could be overwhelming for some who might not be comfortable with the hustle and bustle of the city and traffic. Again hotel staff is readily available to help with this, giving recommendations or setting up a taxi or shuttle to take you around and make this easier. The MTS service on site at the hotel was very helpful and accommodating when it comes to setting up things to do off site (snorkeling, zip lines, ancient Mayan sites, etc.) and makes that process very smooth and straightforward. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone interested and we can’t wait to come back!

Most of the staff are really kind.i am asian but I felt racist about asian employees working in pool bars. It takes more than 45 minutes to an hour to order food every day for 7 nights and 8 days, and even if me and my family orders first, they take care of the white people who ordered later next to me. They didn't say thank you even if I tip them. This was just bad experience, but most experience at this hotel was really satisfying.

The expectations were met on this trip. The location, accommodations and overall experience was great. If you’re looking for a resort that’s in a great location with access to the restaurants, bars, shops and within a walking distance, this is your spot. Would recommend to anyone. Restaurants and food are great. The breakfast buffet in the morning was okay, due to lengthy wait if you don’t get up first thing. Overall it was worth the money and now my family has a lifelong memory, with many laughs and smiles…..and definitely do the all inclusive!
