The people were very nice and helpful and the hotel was convenient to walk to some nice restaurants. They need a ramp at the entrance. We had to carry all our luggage up many steps. The bathroom in our room stayed damp and smelled bad. They need to fix this issue. Also the busy road was right outside our window so it was very noisy. The restaurant was nice and accommodating and the pool area was nice. Of course the beach was beautiful! I did like their cabanas on the beach as well. Was ok for one night layover but wouldn’t stay a long time.

The room was nice n has access to the beach. It’s very clean, the shower does have hot water I didnt had no problem the area was safe n there’s a store across the hotel where u can buy snacks n also sell food. The service from the hotel was great.

Staff were great to deal with and they had everything we needed. The 4 star instead of 5 is because it is an older building but they were working on fixing certain areas. The restaurant has great food and staff but could have been better on the "north american" style food selection but you don't come here to have hot dogs... which was on the menu. Probs for kids. All the home town selections were great... and they even bringing it to you POOL side. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.
