"Very cozy great stay overall"

"Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but...

"Annual girls trip to Niagara/Buffalo for D'Youville grad. Everything was clean and well-appointed. Host was easy to contact for a question. Located cross from beautiful historic high school and close to Elmwood shopping and restaurants. Past stays have been at the Embassy Suites and this was a much better value."

"The carriage house was a great place for my family and I to spend our trip to Buffalo. The property is located close to the heart of the city and it was really easy to get to the attractions we wanted to visit. The house itself was neat and clean and fit our needs well. Claudia was welcoming and very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first! Brad and Vanessa were incredibly accommodating and helpful during our stay. They are generous in providing towels, bathroom essentials, snacks, coffee pods, kid + baby supplies making our packing process and stay easy peasy. Location couldn’t be better! Highly reccomend! "This was a 2 night rent with my family it was quiet, decently decorated. The only recommendation I’d say would be the cleaning I had to scrub the tub out before I would use it. The toilet had been fixed recently and had it all over sides of toilet which made it feel dirty. Other than these 2 issues I’d rent it again. They left towels, soap, hair dryer which was great I forgot mine!, they had an iron. The beds are so comfy u definitely get good night sleep for sure! "

"Very convenient (7/10 of a mile) to marathon weekend activities at the convention center. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the lower unit of the duplex. There were upstairs guest as well and we didn’t hear them at all. The unit was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the comfort bed and the white tea shampoo (my fave scent!) Washer and dryer were a huge bonus for our sweaty gear. Host Ryan was responsive and accommodating. The outside of the unit is a little...
