When checking in everything seem to be nice till we got to the elevator and smelled like someone smoked in there then we got to our room and we noticed the sheet rock tape starting to fall off the ceiling in multiple places and the wall paper was starting to fall off the walls we noticed a cut in the carpet and also a Iron burn in the carpets, my son noticed some mold in the bathroom as well. The breakfast was ok but not what we expected after seeing pictures before we booked. Because of this we left a day early I hope at some point these items will be addressed will not recommend this place to anyone that has to stay in that area

Room was extremely “tired” and in dire need of refresh. There was no one present at front desk one night with “Gone till 9:20” written sign and numerous guests awaiting return of clerk. Room had non-working bathroom vent and mini fridge; reported non-working to 2 separate clerks with nothing done re: same.

The smell of smoking grass was very strong, I wasn’t aware that pets were allowed otherwise I will not be staying in this place. I asked if I can have a different pillow, because the one I have was very lumpy, they didn’t do it.

It’s ok, breakfast wasn’t good, also I kept getting strong whiffs of Urine in the room I was staying in, which was very bad, definitely will not return.

Was conveniently located near the airport. Continental breakfast was ok. Bedding and towels were clean. Elevator is old and got stuck a few times. Room key did not work properly. Was told at desk the lock is temperamental so each time I had to enter my room, it would take at least 5 to 10 try’s before it would unlock. AC/heat temperature in room, could not be adjusted.

Dirty everywhere. You would think that the front desk area would be clean. Nope the wall is gross. Went to the elevator and stains all over the elevator door and walls. Rented the King suite. Didnt clean my room. Key cards had to be reprogramed everytime we left the room. Didnt stay the last night and was refunded.
