"I had a great stay. This was my second time staying here. The only thing I want to mention is my windows looking out to the city were super dirty. Also, the mattress and pillow top was not super comfortable. It gave me a back ache every morning. Other than that, all was great!"

"The hotel appeared to be short staffed in many areas. When we checked in there was no one to greet us, for a boutique hotel, I find this unacceptable. I walked around the lobby, restaurant and bar to find someone to check us in, after several minutes someone finally showed up. Our keys needed to be re-programed on the second day. The TV in the room barely worked. It would come on the then shut down after a few minute and the makeup mirror lighting didn’t work. The next day we texted for our ...
