The part I liked most was the middle of all the rooms, but the part I did not like were the rooms the sinks were getting clogged, and there was cockroaches running across the floor.

To pay $125 for parking was absurd. You wait to get in, you wait to get out, and the “security” of the parking lot was nonexistent. It was a wasteful inconvenience extorted from guests purely as profit they used to cover reduced room rates. Everything else was fine but the insult of being charged that much money for no positive reason will keep us from ever booking another room at this hotel.

We arrived early, and was able to check into our room early. Customer Service was professional throughout the Hotel (Food Service, Housekeeping, etc) from check in to check out. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious.

The only thing I like about the property is the Maintenance man Mr. Charles was the only one concerned if we were comfortable during our stay. The front desk employees were very hostile and lack hospitality skills. The rooms smell like Mildew and A/C in the DO NOT get Cold or cool. The staff in the breakfast area/restaurant was more hospitable and helpful than the front desk.

Person working at the bar/restaurant kept leaving for 20 minutes at a time, each time she would return she appeared and sounded more drunk. By 9:00 PM she was unable to use the cash register, arguing with customers, dropping things, tripping over her own feet and screamed the bar is closed shortly after 9:00 PM. the manager seemed to be aware but did not deal with the situation. Zero management.

There was a mix of feelings. Our first room had some sort of red residue on the like switch that made us uncomfortable so we switched rooms no problem. But then in the next room the fridge didn’t work nor the tv. At that point we just stayed in there because we didn’t want to move again. Other than that, not a bad stay. Probably wouldn’t book there again though
