What I didn't like weas that I never received an email with a CF # when I booked the two rooms at this property. This property was booked in error but I had cancelled it right away and booked the Country Inn and Suites 1914 Old Haywood Road also in Asheville via Choice Hotels. Because of never receiving a confirmation email from Expedia, I was charged $231.15 for each room. Ridiculous!!! I will pursuing this with my bank and Expedia customed service. Had you sent me a CF email, I would have once again cancelled it. I will never use Expedia again if this is how you trat your customers.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It had a mini fridge which was great, and a microwave, didn't use the microwave. The TV was big, however, there was no channel guide to help find anything and none of the stations provided the name of the program playing or even the name of the channel itself. That's really the only complaint. Nothing like scrolling through TV channels hoping to find some music. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and not overly expensive.

The security guard David is wonderful at his job. Very accommodating and takes security of the property very seriously. We very much appreciated his hospitality. The two front desk employees were excellent. They were friendly and very professional. We appreciate everyone’s hospitality on our short stay and look forward to staying here again. Wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. These three gentlemen deserve a raise.

Please BE AWARE OF THIS PROPERTY. Upon arrival there were homeless breaking into cars. We immediately let the front desk know and she said that occurs there all the time. I asked to speak with the manager as we felt very unsafe. They break into people's car ALL THE TIME. be aware.. they also have signs that they are not responsible if something happens everywhere. Management is terrible and rude and they will take your money. I am currently disputing this with my bank as we never checked in. They said they have security and he was running late. It is all LIES they do not provide any security. VERY UNSAFE LOCATION PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
