"Property is set of a beautiful area, just the rooms need updating. They were clean but not quite what you would expect for a resort and the price. Paid for a Deluxe room with Lake view and was given a room on the bottom floor with the pool directly in front so I requested a room in the building beside it and found out the entire building was closed. Was given a room on top floor of same building and it was an ok view. Would be good for one or two nights but wouldn’t recommend for a full week."

"Overall, we had a great experience at this property however, there were some upkeep and maintenance issues in our room such as broken bathroom lights and a coffee maker that was not easy to get to work. We reported these issues when we left. The dining options and multiple pools and hot tubs were a plus! "

"I don’t often select the extra cost of a resort for a single night stay, but I’m so glad I did in Tucson. The location of the JW Marriott is perfect; surrounded by saguaro and accessible trails. The resort fee included e-bike rentals, a guided hike and more. The staff at the front desk & restaurant were very kind and helpful. I’ll be enjoying a late checkout with a little extra resort time. "

"We were moved to the Privado Casitas along with another family that booked with us. The casitas were recently remodeled and sparkingly clean, spacious and well appointed. "

"First class all the way in service and atmosphere. Golf courses are pretty tough but lots of roadrunners, javelina , hawks and coyotes to look at too. Not cheap but well worth it for a 2- or 3-day golf or get away trip."

"The hotel was being renovated and my brother's room had bed bugs. I've stayed here before and loved it so I will be back, but this was my experience for this stay."

"We ate at proof for breakfast and dinner. Overall service is slow and not clean. There is greasy odor in the restaurant when you walk in. I had to ask for a new glass of water because the glass was dirty. It is slightly disappointment for four season level hospitality. "
