"The building was built to look like a colonial home turned into an inn, and it definitely does. High ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and antique-style furniture really gave it the look and feel of an older home. The keurig in the room with Starbucks k-cups is a nice touch. There were a few small things that could’ve been nicer, like a water spot on the ceiling, chairs that were so worn out it felt like you might fall through, and spots on the walls that had been patched but not repainted....

"The tv screen was not clean. Our bathroom had chipped counter/ sitting space . The washing machine was outside with cob webs and rust. The breakfast attendant was not helpful. She was more interested in limiting and cleaning up on the dot. "

"Really loved the 3 nights we stayed in Unit C. Check in and out was super easy. Parking right in front of the unit. In the past we have stayed at Gibson Inn and other hotels in the area. But now this will be our go to place. Everything was clean. Bed was comfy. Linens were good quality. We only made toast and coffee, but it seemed the kitchen was stocked well if you choose to cook. Coffee pods were furnished for the Keurig. The quiet little back porch was secluded, and we enjoyed coffee there...

"Great new house that is right across the street from a spacious well-maintained community pool and a short walk to the beach. Nice location on windmark beach between St Joe Beach and the town of Port St Joe. House was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and games. We very much enjoyed our stay!"
