"It was my first time staying at this hotel in newburgh, the staff was very attentive to my needs, and this hotel was very neat, I would be returning back in a few months. Also free breakfast you cant beat that."

"The pictures in this listing completely misrepresented the neighborhood. We only spent about an hour in the VRBO but didn't feel safe there for several reasons. First of all, the room wasn't secure because it was opened up to the neighborhood through the upper floor that let out to the fire escape. Second of all there were large groups of people in the streets having block parties that made us feel like our rental car wasn't safe from vandalism or burglary. The last straw was when we talked to a local police officer who told us that it is one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the city and that we were at high risk staying there. He recommended we find new lodging. We had to spend thousands of dollars at the last minute to find a new location to stay.This location has no business being a VRBO. The location itself smelled musty and while the sheets on the beds were washed and made well, the blankets were dirty. I wouldn't have stayed at that property even if it were offered free of charge. They should be banned from VRBO in my opinion and I would like to have my money reimbursed."

"They have all the facilities for breakfast but no continental breakfast which is a pity. "

"Very nice property that is very well maintained. The private room was small but adequate and the large windows brought in great natural light. The public spaces on the upper level were great, especially the rooftop terrace with gas fire pits and wonderful views. It was nice to enjoy coffee outside on the porch in the morning and an after dinner drink in the evening on the rooftop terrace."

"We came for West Point graduation. It was perfect in its location to West Point. Beds were good, its was very clean, and the hot tub was great! The owners communicated well and helped us with our scheduling. We highly recommend this place!"
