“The property is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls. Essentially feels like a hotel room since it’s a studio apartment with a small, attached bathroom. Little kitchenette is nice for storing leftovers. Host was easy to message with and check in process was easy. Building is quiet and clean. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot”

The place was very well kept up with the exception of the fireplace which was one of the reasons it was a location of choice. The fireplace was listed as part of the perks but it did not work and the owner said it had not worked in several years. We were quite disappointed and they need to change their listing. “A very clean and well appointed option in the Black Hills. Great view from the back deck and the patio heater came in handy in the evening. Nice to be out in the hills where our dogs could run around and burn off some energy in the mornings and evenings. Easy check in and check out and the hosts were great to work with.”

“Great location right in downtown Custer. The unit seemed newly updated. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the water bottles and snacks. We loved doing the camping puzzle and hanging out in the evenings after long days of sightseeing and wildlife spotting! If I could add anything it would be a dishwasher (no one wants to wash dishes on vacation - am I right?) Parking was super convenient right out front. I would stay here again:-)”

“This cute little apartment was perfect for my little weekend getaway to Sioux Falls. The location is great, within walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars and shops, as well as Falls Park. The two bedrooms are sizeable. The eat-in kitchen is perfect for grabbing a quick meal before heading out. It's well stocked with everything needed. And so is the bathroom. Little amenities everywhere! Communication with the property owner was quick and helpful when I had a question. The place was……
