"For a Space to stay on Bourban street but still quiet...this is the place if you want a bit of historical vibe. It is an old historic building, so everything is older but quaint. The room was just what we wanted for 2 beds in a walkable space without staying in a brand new location. It was just what we wanted. The location was walkable to the quarter and the street car line, and there are great restaurants in the neighborhood and Bywater. No concerns for safety, regardless of time of day. "I traveled to NOLA on business and was located about 20 minutes from the convention center. Far enough out of town and close enough to get to all the city easily. The property is exactly as described in pictures. Gated parking, pool, snacks and drinks upon entering, partially stocked refrigerator, and incredible coffee station and selection. My invoming flight was delayed, and because of that my departure was also delayed which changed my check out date. This host accomodated this change quickly...

"Place was clean except for stains in sink. I was given the incorrect door code but was able to resolve this with a quick call. Front door handle to exit was broken so I had to find an alternate route out of the building. (Staff member told me there wasn’t one.) Door handle was fixed quickly. Location was excellent and beds were comfortable. "

We were locked out for an hour one afternoon because the main door code had changed and no one told us. Other than that, we really enjoyed the location. The room was too small for the furniture/not allowing for two night stands. Gfi outlet in bathroom didn't work. Had to blow dry without mirror in room. No laundry pods as stated. Thankfully packed enough clothes so we didn't need them. One basement door was propped open our entire stay making outside code pointless. The other basement door was inaccessible for egress...

"We liked how large the rooms were. Everything was fully stocked which was nice. The kitchen knives were terribly dull which was annoying but not the end of the world. The only pan in the apartment was an old nonstick pan which was all scratched and flaking off which is toxic so we had to make everything in a pot. The pool was continuously dirty and foggy, we decided not to use it because it was so dirty. All in all, it was a nice stay and we appreciated having all the amenities of home while on...
