“The pictures and description do not match the property at all. There was no indoor pool, spa, sauna or any other amenities for leisure and entertainment, despite the fact that they were all mentioned in the description. The lobby and stairs leading up to the room were extremely dirty and not maintained properly. The rooms are not soundproof. The shower door was unstable, and got stuck halfway while trying to open it. The resort did not provide soap or towels until we asked for them. And even……
