Property is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Felt safe and the room was great. Only downside was the smell property needs to have some kind of diffuser in the air to make it more pleasant for guests to make them want to stay.

The location is great, but the check in was way too crowded when we arrived. We had to do online check in to skip the hours of waiting, hence, there was no interaction with the staff and same story on checkout, they just asked ro leave the key and go. We paid extra for a room with a view, but we were assigned a room with barely any view just the view of Sphere and Linq Wheel.

I lost my phone at the property and they were so rude about it and the security was rude and you had some that was racist the cleaning people did not come to my room at all I been there for 6 days and nobody came to clean or change the sheets I had to call just for towels and rags and nobody brought them to me I saw a cleaning truck in the hall and hot towel and rags from there but no cleaning lady was around and as me losing my phone they did not care at all they didn’t take my number down or rewind cameras to see if it was strolling which it was because I have a tracker on my phone now the pool was dirty they did not clean the pool at all hair leaves and bugs was in there the seats for rents had beer cans under them and people clothes and my son broke out from the pool I just had a horrible experience and don’t recommend booking back

Located in the best part of the Vegas strip! Close to a lot of good casinos and connected to the Linq Promenade. The rooms were average. Had issues with the shower and the water temperature was luke warm, not hot. Otherwise no complaints with the room or amenities. Very on par with other places on the Vegas strip in the same price bracket.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right across from Cesar’s palace and walkable to everywhere on the strip. The room could have been cleaner, we had a hard time with the shower but would stay here again

There is no hot water for the shower and the bathtub drain is broken. Called the front desk and was told to let the water run for 15 minutes and they didnt want to change the room for us. The problem was we couldn’t let the water run for more than 5-10 minutes it would flood because of the clogged drain. They also said they could send a engineer to take a look. All we asked for was to change a room, we didn’t have time to deal with the water issue in the middle of our trip.

Dirty carpets drapes bedding out dated . Booked 3 rooms with king size beds . Got an upgrade as they say to newly renovated rooms with two queen beds . If we had a newly renovated room I would not like to see what our booked room would look like.
