“Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. “I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it……
