“The condo was perfect for our family of 6. great communication with host.Condo spotless, everything worked. We were pleased with the cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, beach chairs and umbrellas. it is a 4 min walk to Brenneke's beach ( if not hauling things). Poipu beach park right next to this. We loved watching the turtles come to rest in the afternoon at Poipu beach. I recommend making dinner reservations way in advance of coming. I had trouble when booking 2 weeks before trip. It was……

“We were very impressed with the condo in Poipu. The location is excellent. It literally is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are walking paths everywhere to enjoy. The condo is large and fully equipped with everything you need. Every room is beautifully decorated. All of the bedrooms are large and each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is so nice. “The property was as good as advertised with the view of the ocean being the most spectacular feature. There were three items that detracted from our stay. The AC needs updating. The bedrooms upstairs were too warm during the day and the first half of the night. The TV in the primary bedroom is very frustrating to use. The channel guide doesn't work correctly, so we had to go channel by channel to find something. It takes about 5 seconds to move from one channel to the next. The downstairs……

“The villa worked well for our family of 3 adult couples to explore the island of Kauai. We were kindly accommodated with the 3rd bedroom set up as a split king. Wonderful for each couple to have their own full bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and sitting areas worked well for hanging out, as did the lanai for breakfast. We had an amazing time, the living space and many terraces are great, fully stocked kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and great. I was on crutches recovering from surgery and the elevator to the suite as well as the pool and gym were great. Proximity to beaches, parking and all of the visitor information was great. “Great location, we were a short walk to the beach. The condo was amazing, clean, well stocked. Communication with the host was seamless if I had any questions. “Worth the splurge. Super clean, high end condo. Beautiful grounds. Pool was great. Walkable to Poipu Beach (.4) or Shipwreck Beach (.5). Nice beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, a rolling midsize Igloo cooler, and beach towels all provided. Outdoor table and some seating in the shade. Bed and couch were very comfortable. Shower and tub were really nice. Despite the listing stating there would not be certain items, our unit (F211) had all spices, coffee filters, and laundry……

“Spacious, clean, great kitchen, great layout, laundry machines inside. Well sound proofed. We never heard the neighbors. I recommend. It was a little bit of a walk to the swimming pool but that was fine for us. Once you got there, the hot tub was large with plenty of room. There is a helpful binder in the room with info about the facility and nearby restaurants etc. I suggest adding a map to the swimming pool and beach. One beach umbrella was funky, the other broken. No big deal, but you should……
