"My friend and I decided to take a little trip to relax and not be “needed” by someone for a few days; total moms weekend. It was AMAZING! The room was clean and the bed was so comfy! We were within walking distance of St. Julian’s Winery, The Frankenmuth Brewery, and everything in between. So, I thought I could have up to 8 ppp. Nothing was stated upfront. We found out later that the additional price for each additional price was $10 per person. Must be more clear...

"Knob Hill is a beautiful, gracious home in a lovely neighborhood in Flint. Diana is a born host and a wonderful cook. She makes a delicious, generous hot breakfast each morning - for example, a cheese souffle, candied bacon, and a fresh baked muffin, with coffee and juice. She even provides complimentary wine and chocolates. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and well-appointed. This must surely be the nicest place to stay in Flint. "

"We got all the information regarding location, access and parking prior to check in time. The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend stay. The only negative is that the property was 78 degrees when we arrived about 9pm and it took a couple of hours to cool down. Would recommend getting in the property at check-in to adjust the temperature prior to settling in for the evening. We would definitely stay there again!"
