“The location and views from the property can’t be beat. The food was fabulous, and the staff is incredibly accommodating. Gabriel and Sandra are amazing servers at the bar/restaurant;and Efrein at the front desk is extremely customer service oriented and very kind to work with. Looking forward to my next visit back at this wonderful hotel!”

“Muy cerca del depósito libre comercial, buen tamaño del cuarto y camas cómodas. Lo único que diría que tiene en contra es que nuestra habitación se veía deteriorada. Pero de ahí en fuera es un lugar al que volviera a quedarme. ”

“Bosque del Cabo is a destination in itself. Overlooking the Pacific and Gulf on the Osa Peninsula it is beautifully maintained, wildlife are all around, trails are rugged and moderate, and the staff could not be more personal and helpful. Meals are delicious We had menu choices for breakfast and lunch; dinner was a communal buffet with many options. There are cookies out and cocktail appetizers. Our cabin was perfect-a thatched spacious casita with a large bathroom and lovely outdoor garden……

“Luna Lodge is a magical place! Lana and her extended family of staff have created a true haven in the midst of the unspoiled magnificence of the Osa Peninsula. The design and aesthetics are in complete harmony with the natural surroundings. The dense with flora and fauna jungle and pristine ocean are literally at your doorstep. All meals are prepared and eaten together on the property, and they are fresh, local and delicious. Many of the ingredients are grown on the property. Luna Lodge also……

“Very difficult to get to - hour and a half of bumpy roads to Carate, then a 3.5k hike. The logistics were not well communicated, but worked out fine. Hot (mid-April visit). The grounds are pretty special with spider monkeys frolicking in the trees right above the tents and ocean waves supplying 24-7 white noise. The guided hike into the National Park was underwhelming - the wildlife was superb, but you only skirt the periphery of the park and don't get to really explore the old growth. ”

“Its own little oasis by the beach. Quiet, lovely setting with wooded paths between buildings. Food was great and staff was fabulous. Highly recommend staying here form more than just a night or two ”

“The view from absolutely everywhere is stunning. We had the chance to see a plethora of birds and monkeys from our little pool in our balcony. The drive there is a little challenging but the location makes it all worth it. Taking a shower indoor/outdoor is one of a lifetime experience. ”

“Insgesamt ein wirklich schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Unser Zimmer hatte einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Ansonsten wirkte der Service eher unmotiviert. Obwohl es sehr ruhig im Hotel war, waren die Bedienung bei den Mahlzeiten manchmal längere Zeit nicht anwesend. Leider waren die Mahlzeiten eher unterdurchschnittlich. Das Abendessen war leider das schlechteste, das wir bisher in Costa Rica hatten. Fisch mit einen halbrohen Backkartoffel und drei……

“Playa Cativo Lodge is a wonderful place and the accommodations, food and staff were absolutely perfect. It was nice to be so close to the gulf which was calm, warm, sandy and perfect for swimming. My only complaint was that the entire front area of the lodge has been landscaped with grass and ornamental plants, many of which are not native. Because of this large open area few birds or animals come near the lodge. Bird watching was disappointing compared to lodges that have left the rainforest……

“Das Hotel liegt oberhalb von Neily. Es hat einen ganz besonderen Charakter, denn es könnte auch ein Parkplatz sein. Die Zimmer sind groß und man kann von der Terrasse auf die Stadt schauen. Es ist dort ein wenig einsam, aber die Bar und das Essen entschädigen. Offensichtlich gehen dort viele Leute Essen. Das Frühstück war inkludiert, aber den Kaffee und den obligatorischen Saft musste extra bezahlt werden. Trotzdem Dauem hoch - für eine Nacht perfekt. P.S. es gibt eine E- Ladesäule”
