"Property and its amenities were great! Only issue we had was at check in. We had reserved two rooms due to the amount of children we have in our family. I had called several times in prior weeks to ensure we had rooms that were somewhat nearby. Upon arrival, we were told our rooms were in separate buildings on the opposite sides of the resort. I told them we had called several times and were told it would not be a problem - they said they saw the notes on the reservation, but unfortunately...

"Very friendly staff. Front desk workers were always so accommodating and helpful. Everyone on the property spoke both English and Spanish, so it was very easy to communicate with staff. The restaurants were always well staffed and offered delicious options. The parking lot attendant was very friendly and they guard your car 24/7. Never once felt unsafe on this resort. The semi-private beach was also beautiful. Thank you for the hospitality! "
