Worth the money!
U really received 100% worth for the room rate which u are paying - new hotel, modern design and quiet location. Reasonable room rate (no drinking water, no frig, no safe - clean single room in reasonable size, great shower n comfort bed), good location (10+ minutes to all attractions), staffs are helper, Carrefour Express only around the corner. For sure I will be back for my next stay! :)

Staff at front desk very helpful to point out tourist sights within the city on their maps. No mini bar or kettle in the room, but staff at bar is helpful to fill my water bottle. Can't get channels from the TV initially but staff at front desk helped. BTW, their English is good. Breakfast looks good but didn't try. Have lots of space to lounge around including a small garden area. About 5 steps of stairs at the front door. Enough room to open luggage, but might be tight for more than one person. Bathroom is clean, big sink. Quite close to Brussels central train station. Overall nice experience.

乾淨、整潔，要自備用品，適合短期停留。
離中心車站十分鐘路程，若拿大行李建議打車來，因有段上坡路也有小段石磚路。床還好，沒冰箱沒杯子沒熱水，桌子很小，浴室不錯，明亮、乾淨，只是站浴沒有門，用部分玻璃隔開，洗澡時水很容易濺到外面。入住記得自備拖鞋和牙刷。房間隔音不好，若向街道，能聽到頻繁電車經過聲音。

A lovely hotel only a 15 minute walk from the Grand Place. Also any easy trip from the North Brussels train station. It was a very stylish and comfortable place. Staff even let us check in 1 1/2 hours before. Highly recommended.

The property is lovely. My main complaint is that when I snuck a coffee in the morning, I was told that "coffee is only for those who buy breakfast". At $16 euros which is $25 Cdn I found it hard to justify spending that much for a bowl of cereal and coffee. Maybe there could be allowances made for seniors, since it was already costing me over $200/night and they begrudge a coffee?

The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel bar seemed like a high end space for hanging out with friends/family. Room was comfortable and renovated, super clean and had a great size for 2 people. The hotel decoration was hyper modern and the location was very accessible from main attractions from Brussels such as Grand Place, Brussels and Cinquentenaire Park, Mon des Art and others.

Located approximately 10 minute walk from Brussels Central station and 12 minute walk from Grand place. Rooms are lovely and are equipped with the basic necessities. The hotel has a nice lounging area both inside and outside. Friendly and helpful staff.

Clean, very well located, organized. Staff knows nothing about city's public transportation or sites, but they are poly-lingual and nice. The shower's hot water was intermittant.

I flew in from the US in the morning and went to the hotel 3 hrs before checkin time. The staff was super efficient in getting me the first available room from housekeeping. And I was able to refresh before going on to the walking tour of Brussels. Bar staff is super nice too, drinks variety excellent. Highly recommend!

クリスマス前に2泊しました。ホテルはとても清潔で、ロビーも広く、BARもあって雰囲気が良いです。フロントの対応もとても良かったです。 最寄り駅のブリュッセル中央駅からは登り坂中心になるので、歩くよりも電動キックボードやバスを利用することをお勧めします。 部屋には冷蔵庫はなく、部屋自体も広いとは言えませんが、明るい色合いで統一されていて、清潔です。 このホテルの良いところは何といっても観光地であるグランプラスに近いということ。大聖堂も徒歩3分ほどの距離にあり、観光にはとても便利だと思います。 登りの大変さがなければ☆５つをつけていました。

As usual, nice designer furniture in the foyer etc, and I get the no frills, but not even a water glass, paper cup in the room is poor. The public guest are toilets are locked and if staff at breakfast can't find your name on the list, (because they have more than one list) they they treat you like a you are trying to scam breakfast and ask you to produce the invoice instead of taking a looking. No apology after this either.

Shiny clean property...on a hill!
Motel One Brussels was great! The staff were very friendly and professional. The facility itself was clean and modern. The location was good, with some shops and bakeries located nearby. The walk from Centraal was difficult with luggage in that it was uphill. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the space along with a coffee/tea service but that's only creature comforts. For the amount of time we spent in the room the Motel was perfect!

The staff very friendly and helpful. we had issue during our stay, there was no internet Wi-Fi in our room. The staff could not fix the problem. every time we want to connect to internet we have to go down to the lobby area.
