Our freshly remodeled home features 2 queen sized beds and a queen size air mattress.

A perfect home when visiting loved ones, away on business, or in town for events. 15 minute walk to Eastern Michigan University, 4 minute drive to Depot Town, a quick 17 minute drive to the University of Michigan, and 20 minute drive to the Metro Detroit Airport.

Please enjoy, a light snack upon arrival and complimentary coffee in the morning.

The unit comfortably sleeps 6 people. The bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds, fresh linen, and extra blankets. There is also a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping. Enjoy fast wi-fi and a 55" flat screen smart tv for your entertainment. Make a home-cooked meal in our full kitchen, stocked with tableware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. The full bathroom includes a bathtub, fresh towels, and basic essentials, such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Affordable and cute stay for UM visits
Were in town for UM function in July and all hotels were twice their usual cost. This place was 20 min away, spacious enough for 4-5 people, has outfitted full kitchen and was equal cost of one night at The Graduate where we have stayed. We would come again if here with family.

Above and Beyond
This was our best home rental experience to date. From the stocked coffee bar, Snacks in the cupboard, And cold drinks in the fridge. After a long flight this was a welcome sight. There was very nice linens and quality bath towels. They even had extra toiletries there in case you forgot yours. They really went above and beyond to care for their guest. Also the house was very spacious, very clean, huge back yard, plenty parking if needed. Very nice and charming neighborhood. They even too into consideration lower beds and higher toilet for elderly. The huge TV, wifi, security system and central heating and cooling all worked perfectly. Also had great water pressure with 2 shower heads. I could go on and on but bottom line is they went above and beyond in caring for their guests. I would highly recommend this place to all. Thanks for a GREAT stay. Sherry
