"The house is perfectly located in town. Russell’s is right across the street for grocery & liquor. The Little Big Cup is next door. The back deck overlooking the bayou was a cool place to hang out. House was clean and updated. My wife and ai had the perfect 1 night getaway. Our main focus was The Little Big Cup. We had a nice dinner Saturday night and then enjoyed their Sunday brunch before heading home. It was perfect for us."

"This is out from the city a short ways and in a peaceful location. The house is everything you could ask for and Suzi and an excellent host. We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints."

"Spotless, well equipped cottage. Host made check- in easy, and provided contact phone numbers - which we didn’t need to use. Quiet neighborhood, a few miles from most area attractions. The only drawback is lack of a dining room table (but they do have a counter and barstools)."

"This was a very comfortable and clean place for the 2 of us. Very convenient to all that Lafayette and the surrounding area has to offer. It was great having outside space right on the bayou to enjoy. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We loved our 2 night stay here. A very quiet comfortable cottage, we loved being able to sit on the porch and watch the squirrels and tortoises . The bed was very comfortable and the curtains were good to block out any light. The kitchen was were stocked. The neighbours were a good distance away so we felt we had this little bit of paradise to ourselves. We would have given 5 star if there had been a washing machine on the property as we were travelling and needed to do some washing. Thankyou...

"Beautiful house very nicely done inside with lovely finishes and plenty of space. The master does not have an attached bathroom but it is not a big deal the bathroom is close and well done so totally worth it. The kitchen is lovely with great appliances and a huge island and the wi-fi works great. The TV does not have cable or satellite just streaming but it works great and we just logged in to our own accounts. The lot is huge with large beautiful trees, plenty of parking, very quiet at the end...

"The property was as described. Great location and easy walk to the downtown area, restaurants, etc. Check in was easy and keyless. Not unique to this property but fee fatigue is real with booking through Vrbo. On top of paying a cleaning fee (even though we still need to strip beds, pile towels, empty garbage, etc) and a service fee, the listing requires a property damage protection fee…"

"We are seniors and rented this darling home for 2 weeks. The landlords are great, very responsive and kind. We could walk 3 blocks and be in downtown which was really nice. I would recommend it whole heartedly"

"My husband & I stayed here for a short weekend getaway. Debbie was more than accommodating with all the little extras from a small thing of milk in the fridge to toothpaste if you forgot it like we did. There was road work going on when we came in town on Friday & Debbie met us at the Buger King around the corner to guide us in. As soon as we got out of the car at the house she greets us with a hug. We felt her warm welcome from the very beginning. The breakfast pastries were wonderful each...

"This was a beautiful, peaceful, perfect place for our adult children to stay in, that came into town for a long weekend for our wedding. It has two separate cottages perfect to have separate, space. But also has an adjoining screened back porch over looking the bayou, that we used to have a Louisiana Friday family night of gumbo, with a fire pit and visiting. The property owners were gracious enough, that they let us use the grounds and property for pre-wedding photos. It was an amazing weekend....
