Right next to Ofuna station which is perfect for… everything. Makes going to Tokyo so much easier. If planning to visit Kamakura or Enoshima, stay here instead of being near to Kamakura or Enoshima station. Laundry machine was nice and has great security feature. So many places to eat nearby.

Room was a little more spacious then standard business hotel in Japan, wish they had a more coffee machine in the lobby. current unit is takes too long to make a small cup of coffee.

Outstanding, professional, polite service from all front desk staff; room size is what I consider to be the minimum (other nearby hotels have even smaller rooms); would be nice if they had 3 washing machine/dryer units instead of just 2, and lighter pajamas with separate tops and bottoms instead of a heavy robe

The restaurant was closed. In our previous stay they served a fantastic breakfast. There were limited options for breakfast in the area. It is much simpler to have a breakfast option in the hotel.

Quality hotel in decent location
Very friendly service, lovely amenities at front desk. Breakfast included is just ok, but does the job for a day of sightseeing and also offers quality service. Bathroom is nice, room is spacious and location in Ofuna is really good for trains and buses into Kamakura, but also for the monorail to Enoshima (14m away!). Didn't dine in the area, but safe, easy, quiet.

Mets - a good hotel for 10 nights.
Proximity to the eating places. Proximity to Ofuna train station. Great housekeeping staff. White Goat Cafe staff friendly and starts my day with a smile. Front desk staff knowledgeable.

JR East Hotel Ofuna
My second stay at this clean and convenient hotel. My room faced the train tracks but the noise was minimal and didn't disturb me. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent choice.
We enjoyed our stay very much. They provided a wonderful baby bed, which meant we didn’t need to carry ours. The breakfast was great. The staff at the hotel were the nicest! The best part was the proximity to Ofuna station. Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the train tracks but the room was soundproof! We rode the Enoden line nearby during our stay and had a fun day.
