The hotel entrance has a grand feel. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious with a high ceiling and big beds, as well as a small table and chairs. There was enough space for large suitcases, but the lighting was inadequate and made it difficult to read anything in the evening. It wasn't totally peaceful, as there was a bit of late night noise from a local bar(?) or perhaps neighbours. The bathroom was fine, although it does need updating. It's a great place to stay, convenient for lots a shops, restaurants and trains to Tokyo, and direct bus links to Haneda and Narita airports too.
