Find Hotel with a Concierge in Xi'an

"This was our fourth stay at the Wyndham in Xi'an. The service was great and the concierge was especially friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel and very convenient to the sights of Xi'an. The only complaint we had was our dinner at Tang. My meal came much earlier than my husband's. In fact, I was finished eating by the time his arrived. "

This gentleman had gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with arrangement for transportations and dinner reservations. He's a gem. In terms of breakfast, the selections are good, but I wish there are more or maybe change up daily so it doesn't get boring. "The location is very good and there is a wide range of food at breakfast Buffett, including Chinese and western cuisine. The room is outdated a bit but clean. I reserved a city view room but was given a room with sort of garden view. When I asked the hotel staff, I was told that the room with city view is generally noisy and it really sounds like an excuse. I just hoped that when checking in, they should’ve made it clear to me."
