The staff was so friendly, and the rooms were very nice: clean, comfortable and included a mini-bar stocked as part of the room price. They could provide larger shampoo, body wash etc especially if sharing a room. Having the kettle in the cupboard for use is also difficult if you’re short and can’t see onto the shelf properly as you need to remove it from the cupboard to fill."

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "
