"The property did not match the images on the VRBO website. It was also quite dirty in the most important rooms, such as the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. Kitchen - smelled like someone had just finished cooking some kind of meat. The stove was not clean and it was greasy. The wall behind the stove was greasy and had grease stains. We went out and purchased cleaning supplies so that we could clean the kitchen in order for us to use it. Dining Room Table - It had a vinyl tablecloth...

"Every year our family picks a new destination to spend a few days together after Christmas. This year we picked Wisconsin Dells. When I came across this home, I never imagined how absolutely perfect it would be! So roomy and clean, the basket ball and game area was so fun! Great location! Very safe neighborhood. Was welcomed with a care basket of local goodies. Mary is a great communicator. She answered all my questions promptly. Highly recommend this home! You won’t be disappointed!"

"The Cottage was very beautiful, clean, modern & well decorated. The hosts maintained an open line of communication prior to and during the stay when needed. The welcome basket was very thoughtful and there was a lot of cookware and hygiene supplies available for use. However, we had difficulty with the Internet connection and consistency as only a few guests were able to connect while others weren’t. Lastly, the bed mattresses were too firm and uncomfortable."

"The resort and cottage was very well maintained and over all nice. A lot of driving as everything is spread out. As far as our host. They suck. They “upgraded” us to a town home without our consent. The town home had a lot of stairs. We had to move after 5 of 7 days. No communication and very rude customer service. I was hung up on 2 times."

"We loved the cabin! Great price, great size! Nice little ski slopes, good for us less experienced skiers. This location is part of a timeshare location, which initially I was afraid of, but it was very low pressure, and we ended up with free rentals for sitting through a brief presentation. Overall a great getaway."

"This was a lovely, clean, spacious property. Just right for our family! The beds were comfortable — especially the sheets/comforter. The location was great — just secluded enough from the hubbub of Wisconsin Dells, but close enough to be able to enjoy all of it. The kitchen was great, with new appliances. My only criticism was that the upstairs shower was really small and they only gave us 2 dishwasher packs. Also no trash bags. (But that may have been the resort and not the owner) Also, no...

"The place was nice and clean and the staff at Christmas Mountain were friendly and kind. The only complaint we have is that the listing mentioned kayaks and paddle boats which was a reason we chose to stay here. When we were there and tried to use them, we learned that they are not available weekdays which was when we stayed. They are only available weekends. Other than that the stay was great and it is a nice place to stay."
