*Title: Disappointing Stay at Marigold Hotel* I recently stayed in the VIP family room at the Marigold Hotel, expecting a comfortable and luxurious experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were far from met. Upon arrival, I discovered the room lacked air conditioning, which was a major discomfort. To compound the issue, both showers in the bathroom were malfunctioning. The hotel provided a fan as a temporary solution but eventually moved us to a standard bedroom without any form of apology or compensation. The downgrade also included a lack of internet access, which was not communicated beforehand, leaving us disconnected and frustrated. The dining options were another letdown; there was an evident lack of variety in the Western menu, with predominantly Chinese cuisine available, the breakfast is just to simple to be true. Additionally, there was no complimentary soft drinks service, which is typically standard in VIP accommodations. Overall, my experience at the Marigold Hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The lack of basic amenities, poor customer service, and inadequate dining options made for an unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a comfortable and accommodating visit.

Bad service, unprepared staff, there is no 24-hour receptionist, the receptionists arrive at 8 am, chaos arrives at dawn and you are on the street waiting for the hotel doors to open. Your probe in programmatic content. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.
